Where is your store?
Our store is located at Jalan Gaya, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We are on the same row as Tong Hing and ABX, right beside Bormas. Look out for the 4 white pendant lamps. You will see our store name on the glass when we are open.
What are your opening hours?
Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5.30 PM
What are the payment options in-store?
We accept cash, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), debit card and most QR Payments which includes Boost, GrabPay, Maybank QR Pay, Alipay, Touch & Go, Shopee Pay, WeChat Pay.
What are the payment options online?
Currently, we are able to process online bank transfer and QR Payments from Boost and Touch N Go.
Do you delivery?
Yes we do, we ship nationwide. You may refer to our shipping policy here.
Can I order online and pick-up at the store?
Absolutely! There is a ‘Self Collect’ option during check-out. You may click that if you are placing an online order and refer to our Self Collection Policy here. Alternatively, you may also Whatsapp 014-6175717 for assistance.
I’m buying a gift for a friend. Can you help to wrap my order?
Definitely! We will be happy to do so. It will be standard wrapping with random wrapping paper. We will also remove the price tags from the products. You may also include a message to the recipient. Please indicate your request in the ‘Additional Remarks’ section. This service is complimentary.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1 – 2 working days packing time from the day you placed your order. We aim to process and ship within 1-2 working days of order. Orders made after Sunday 5pm, Monday and Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday, as Monday and Tuesdays are our days off. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Estimated shipping time for Poslaju and J&T is 2-4 days; ABX is 3-5 days, and Standard Shipping takes 7 – 10 days.
Are all the items online same as in-store?
Almost, there are some items in-store that are not up online, but most of them are. For a full experience, we would suggest to come by and shop in-store :)
Am I able to change my shipping address after I confirmed my order?
Unfortunately, not. However, if there is an error in your shipping address please email email@example.com or Whatsapp 014-6175717 with details of your name, order number and the correct information and we will assist you accordingly.
