This sculpture represents the Kinabalu Maiden — a symbolic tribute to the ancient spirit of the land, inspired by the Dusun people's legend of Huminodun, a maiden whose sacrifice brought life and abundance to the earth

Her shape flows into Mount Kinabalu, symbolizing quiet strength, resilience, and the bond between land and spirit.
